The common culprit of weight issue is the change in lifestyle. Busy lifestyle means encountering lots of factors that increase stress. Stress produces higher cortisol and leads to eating problem. 4. Hydration – Flushing out unnecessary fats from the body is what weight loss is all about. Drinking plenty of water in the morning is the best time as the water helps in the absorption of nutrients, better digestion and controlling appetite. It is also effective to start your meal with water.

5. Healthy lifestyle – Improve working habit. Busy schedule leads to skipping important meals. Avoid skipping meals. Healthy living means eating what is enough, physically active, emotionally and socially balanced.

Gaining weight should never be taken for granted. It must be acted immediately. When weight problem occur, do necessary action, change your lifestyle and change your habit. Serious weight problem could end to serious health risks.
